We recently had to fix a couple of WordPress websites on Bluehost that were knocked out due to them forcing a PHP update. The update modified config file and removed everything which caused the sites to stop working. After restoring the sites we checked through the themes and plugins. Several had to be removed due to compatibility problems and not being updated in years. We also had to deal with a plugin conflict between two. Fortunately we were able to get the sites looking the way they were before the forced update.
