We will look at the core of your website presence starting, your websites, and recommend any changes to their platform, hosting and plugins. We will look at the external services you use, like ones for payment processing, marketing, shipping and taxes. If you only presence on the web is social media, we will recommend a good website platform, most likely with a feed so your customers have an option to avoid the social media to see your posts. We also look at the source code sent to browsers to see how clean it is and if will cause problems.

We have over 17 years of experience working on websites. We have worked on all kinds of websites from basic HTML with no browser or server side code to complex custom sites built on frameworks no longer supported to eCommerce CMS websites. We have seen a variety of external services, plugi/extensions and social media use.

What Does It Cost?

The audit is a flat fee of $250–$750 depending on the size and complexity of your existing web presence.

What Happens After the Audit?

You are under no obligation to do anything after receiving the report. You can use it to plan a gradual transition over several months, hand it to your IT team to implement or hire us to handle the migration. We also offer monthly maintenance plans for websites, to keep your website running properly.

Report

Generally, we will produce a report for the first evaluation. If we do consulting on an ongoing basis, generally it will be smaller recommendations.

Implementing

Many of the services we recommend we can do in-house. For stuff that we recommend from outside companies, we can work with them to make the needed changes on websites and software.
