This is a WordPress website I volunteered to build for the Utah Knights of Columbus State Council. It started with moving the content from a free Google site into a WordPress site. The color scheme was kept, but the page layout was completely redesigned. The website is designed to be updated by staff with no HTML or coding knowledge.
I built the Knights of Columbus State Council WordPress Plugin plugin to add in custom functionality for a recruiting scoreboard. In version 2, I added three custom post types to it to enhance the directory and allow sending email to individuals or organizations. That plugin was added to the WordPress Plugin Directory for other Knights of Columbus state councils to use.
A second custom WordPress plugin imports Google calendars and display them as a monthly calendar and event list on the site. This one is not in the WordPress Plugin Directory yet.
