This is a custom WordPress plugin where customers could fill out a form with a couple features that most form builders plugins don’t have. It’s designed for customers to place an order request, including adding items with images. It doesn’t take any payment, but turns the request into a PDF that is emailed to the customer and the staff who turns it into a quote. All order requests are stored on the server in case emails don’t get through or get lost. The admin also had controls for who received the emails. This plugin has handle thousands of orders since it was created. This replaced an older order separate site on a subdomain that was hosted in house on a microsoft server.
I initially started working on this site to repair it after being hacked with malware. I cleaned it up, changed passwords, secured FTP accounts and installed a security plugin.
